To ensure a seamless gaming experience, our games use your device's local storage (localStorage) strictly to save your high scores, gameplay statistics, and in-game preferences.

Furthermore, any images, photos, or videos you add to the game from your device's gallery are processed entirely locally on your device's hardware. As the developer, we do not store, host, transfer to the internet, back up, log, or share this data with any third parties. The media added to the application remains in a closed circuit exclusively on your device, and adding such content is entirely your personal choice.

4. Ads & In-App Purchases

Our games are entirely ad-free. We do not integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, nor do we use analytics services to track behavior. We do not offer virtual currency or in-app purchases.

Blux Games is an independent, hobbyist game development project. Our games are provided free of charge, without advertisements, and without in-app monetization.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the base games (code, graphics, mechanics) are the exclusive property of Blux Games.

5. User Content and Responsibility

• Content and Copyright: Any image, photo, video, or screenshot you upload, add, or create within the game from any external source is entirely your responsibility. You are solely liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property disputes if the materials belong to you, another individual, or any commercial entity.
• Harmful and Prohibited Materials: The addition of +18 (adult/explicit) content, violent imagery, or materials promoting illegal substance use or harm is strictly at the user's own discretion. The sole responsibility for any legal and penal sanctions arising from such content belongs exclusively to the user.
• External Sharing: You are personally responsible for all disputes, complaints, and legal sanctions that may arise from taking screenshots, recording videos, or sharing any in-game content (with or without your added external material) on any social media platform, messaging application, or the internet.

The games are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the games. By using the game, you irrevocably release Blux Games from any legal, administrative, or penal liability regarding the user-generated content mentioned in Section 5.
